How long does my Free Edition last?
Your Free Edition lasts up to 28 days from the date you sign up. At the earlier of 28 days or when you exhaust all of your free credits, you will be asked if you would like to purchase a paid Edition. If you do not purchase a paid Edition, your account will be closed, and your data will be deleted, subject to our normal deletion process.

Your usage, measured in credits, resets weekly. Unused usage (credits) does NOT roll over into the following week, billing cycle, or upon renewal.

Yes; you will be notified when your weekly allotment of credits has expired in the application.

You can upgrade your plan on the plan subscription page in the app. This upgrade is effective immediately, and we restart your billing cycle to the date of your upgrade. Upgrades from Individual to Team will not be possible until Phase 2.
What happens when I run out of credits?

You will not be able to use the credit related services (Whisper mode, Voice, etc) until the end of the week when your credits refresh; users always have access to chat and basic transcription regardless. If you run out of credits while using Whisper on a live call, you will be allowed to complete the call but will not be able to use Whisper on the next call. You can upgrade to an Edition with more credits at any time.

Not currently. In a future version of Hero, you will be able to downgrade from the Team to Individual Edition at any time.This change will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
